Job Description
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service by assisting shoppers with purchases, inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
* Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit/debit payments, and refunds.
* Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend merchandise, explain promotions, and support sales goals.
* Keep the sales floor organized by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring store cleanliness and presentation standards.
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently while following company policies, supporting inventory tasks, and collaborating with team members for smooth store operations.
