Job Description
Job Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. They identify potential customers, present products or services, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support business growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
