Automotive Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for attending customers visiting the workshop, understanding vehicle-related concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with excellent customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customers at the workshop reception professionally.
• Understand customer complaints and record vehicle issues accurately.
• Prepare repair orders/job cards in the system.
• Explain repair work, service packages, and estimated costs to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians and floor supervisors for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery as per promised timeline.
• Update customers regarding repair progress and additional work approval.
• Promote value-added services, accessories, AMC, and extended warranty plans.
• Conduct vehicle walk-around before delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation and service records.
• Follow company SOPs and Tata Motors service standards.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of automobiles.
