Job Title: Business Development Executive

Pay Scale: Fixed Salary + Allowance + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to generate business opportunities.
• Promote the company's products and solutions while representing the brand professionally.
• Develop new business through networking, relationship building, and regular follow-ups.
• Manage the complete client relationship from the first meeting to project closure.
• Stay updated on market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

Candidate Profile:

• 0–3 years (Godhra) / 1–3 years (Vadodara) of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Experience in Building Materials is preferred; candidates from other sales industries with good communication can also be considered.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality.
• Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and relationship building.
• Good in English, Hindi and the local language.
