Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Vadodara & Godhra
Experience: For Vadodara: 1-3 Years & For Godhra: 0-3 Years
Industry: Building Materials / Construction / Architecture
Pay Scale: Fixed Salary + Allowance + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to generate business opportunities.
- Promote the company's products and solutions while representing the brand professionally.
- Develop new business through networking, relationship building, and regular follow-ups.
- Manage the complete client relationship from the first meeting to project closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Candidate Profile:
- 0–3 years (Godhra) / 1–3 years (Vadodara) of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in Building Materials is preferred; candidates from other sales industries with good communication can also be considered.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality.
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and relationship building.
- Good in English, Hindi and the local language.
