Role Description


The Import Export Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur, responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations for AntiGra Systems Pvt. Ltd. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating import and export documentation, arranging shipments, tracking consignments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role involves liaising with vendors, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The Import Export Executive will maintain accurate records, handle queries related to logistics, and support continuous improvement of supply chain processes that enable reliable delivery of components and products. This position requires active collaboration across teams to align logistics activities with production schedules and customer commitments.


What We’re Looking For


  • Candidates should possess skills in Import Logistics, including shipment coordination, documentation handling, and customs compliance.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Import and Export processes, covering regulatory requirements, trade documentation, and international shipping practices.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to work effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or international trade, preferably in a manufacturing or hardware-focused environment.
  • Working knowledge of trade regulations, incoterms, and basic commercial terms; familiarity with Indian customs procedures is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or inventory management systems; attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur, manage multiple priorities, and meet timelines; a diploma or degree in commerce, business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.


Skills & Traits:


*Excellent attention to detail.

*Familiarity with tally and accounting practices is a plus.

*Experience in making Forex payments is an advantage.

*Fast learning ability.
