Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions, including rooftop solar systems and solar power plants. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining product benefits, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct site visits and explain solar system benefits, ROI, and government subsidies.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to customers.
- Close sales deals and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets (in KW capacity).
- Coordinate with the operations team for site survey and installation process.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
- Develop strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up.
