SHREEASHOK Private Limited is a growing name in the construction industry, and we are looking for a meticulous, self-motivated Accountant to join our team. Given the complexities of construction accounting—including labor compliance and multi-layered taxation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY IS CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING AND CANDIDATE SHOUL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING.

Key Responsibilities: 

As our primary accountant, your role will span from daily bookkeeping to high-level statutory compliance. Your core duties include:

• Taxation & Filing: Accurate and timely GST filing, TDS deductions, and TDS return filings. You will also ensure strict compliance with all current Income Tax laws.

• Statutory Compliance: Managing monthly PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance) filings for our workforce.

• Audit Management: Maintaining "Audit Ready" books throughout the year. You will be the point of contact for handling external audits and tax assessments.

• Payroll Processing: Preparing and managing employee payroll, ensuring all deductions and benefits are calculated accurately.

• Financial Reporting: Keeping our Tally records up-to-date and using Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.

Requirements & Skills.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling).

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the construction sector is highly preferred, as you’ll need to understand work contracts and labor-related accounting.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Income Tax regulations.
