Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Monitor hotel revenue including room sales, restaurant sales, events, and other income sources.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash transactions, and vendor accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle payroll coordination and salary processing support.
- Verify guest billing, POS transactions, and revenue reports.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate with auditors and support financial audits.
- Control budgets and monitor operational expenses.
- Maintain fixed asset records and inventory accounting.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and hotel standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in hotel accounting preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, IDS, Opera, or similar systems).
- Good understanding of taxation and financial compliance.
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
