We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete digital presence of the company. The candidate must handle all online platforms, recruitment marketing campaigns, SEO activities, and lead generation processes. This role requires full ownership of digital growth, branding, and candidate acquisition strategies for Gulf recruitment services.

🌐 Complete Digital Platform Management:

Manage and operate all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram if required)

Handle all digital marketing platforms independently

Maintain consistent branding and daily activity across all channels

Ensure smooth execution of company guidelines and marketing flow

🔍 SEO & Online Visibility:

Perform On-Page SEO & Off-Page SEO for job posts and company visibility

Optimize job postings for Google search ranking

Use keywords related to Gulf Jobs / Dubai Jobs / Recruitment Services

Improve organic reach and traffic across all platforms

Maintain SEO-friendly captions, hashtags, and descriptions

📢 Recruitment Marketing & Lead Generation:

Create and manage job advertisement campaigns

Generate quality leads for Gulf recruitment requirements

Promote Dubai / Saudi / UAE job vacancies

Convert online engagement into candidate applications

Manage daily hiring campaign performance

🎨 Content & Creative Management:

Coordinate with designers for posters, thumbnails, and creatives

Create engaging job posts, reels, and promotional content ideas

Ensure content is professional, clear, and recruitment-focused

Maintain brand consistency across all creatives

📊 Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance of ads, posts, and campaigns

Analyze reach, engagement, and conversion rates

Provide daily/weekly reports to management

Suggest improvements based on data analysis

📲 Platform Handling Responsibilities:

Facebook Page & Ads Manager

Instagram Business Account

YouTube Channel Management

WhatsApp Business & Broadcast System

Job Portals (Apna, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)

🧠 Operational Responsibility:

Follow all company guidelines and marketing strategy flow

Independently manage complete digital operations

Coordinate with recruitment team for daily hiring targets

Ensure smooth execution of all campaigns without supervision

🎓 Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing & SEO

Social Media Marketing expertise

Lead Generation experience preferred

Basic knowledge of Canva / content tools

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously
