Job Title: Field Collection Executive
Location: Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Industry: NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility Collections
SummaryWe are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers and collecting outstanding payments while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments
- Ensure timely and accurate cash/digital collections
- Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments
- Maintain daily collection reports and submit to the supervisor
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Follow company policies, compliance, and ethical collection practices
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and updates
- RequirementsMinimum 6 month of experience in field collections
- Experience in NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility collections preferred
- Must have own two-wheeler & valid Driving License
- Comfortable working in the field and achieving daily targets
- Male candidates only
