Field Marketing Executive – Bio Stove (Domestic & Commercial)


Job Summary:The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling bio stoves to both household (domestic) and business (commercial) customers. The role involves market research, customer acquisition, dealer/channel development, and executing marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new customers in domestic households and commercial sectors (restaurants, hotels, canteens, small industries).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits of bio stoves (cost savings, eco-friendly, efficiency).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.

2. Market Research & Strategy

  • Study market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
  • Identify new market opportunities in urban and rural areas.
  • Provide feedback to management on product improvements and customer preferences.

3. Marketing Activities

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (field visits, exhibitions, local events).
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts (social media, WhatsApp campaigns, local ads).
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and demos.

4. Customer Engagement

  • Educate customers on usage, maintenance, and benefits of bio stoves.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Channel Development

  • Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Train partners on product features and sales techniques.
  • Monitor dealer performance and support them in achieving targets.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in appliances, renewable energy, or FMCG).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in field and travel frequently.
  • Basic understanding of rural and urban markets.
  • Knowledge of eco-friendly or renewable products is a plus.
