Paytm – Field Sales Executive (QR Sales)

Job Role: Field Sales Executive (QR Onboarding)

Company: Paytm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit local shops and businesses in the assigned area.
  • Onboard new merchants by installing Paytm QR codes.
  • Explain Paytm payment services and their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
  • Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Must own an Android smartphone.
  • Bike and valid driving license are preferred for field work.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹26,000 (depending on location and experience)
