Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic & target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our Business Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship building, and driving revenue growth in assigned territories.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads through field visits & local networking

Acquire SMEs, traders, and property owners as clients

Pitch & close Business Loan and LAP deals efficiently

Build and manage a strong network of DSAs, agents & referral partners

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth file processing & disbursement

Maintain daily activity reports & ensure target achievement

Deliver excellent customer experience & relationship management

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Min Graduate (preferred)

Experience in Sales / Loan / Insurance / Real Estate is a plus

Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills

Must be comfortable with field work & travel

Own bike & smartphone preferred
