About the Opportunity Ugrasen Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for ambitious and business-oriented individuals to join our growing solar network as Franchise Partners. This opportunity allows you to build and manage a solar business in your area with complete support from the company, including training, lead generation, sales assistance, and operational guidance.

• Key Responsibilities Promote and sell residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions.
• Generate leads through local marketing, networking, and customer referrals.
• Meet potential customers and explain solar products and benefits.
• Coordinate site visits, customer documentation, and project execution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Represent the company professionally within the assigned territory.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the support team for issue resolution.
• Eligibility Criteria Minimum 10th Pass.
• Age: 18–40 years.
• Active Government Bank Account (PNB, BOB, SBI, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to manage local business operations and customer relationships.

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month
• Profit Sharing: 40% of Net Profit on Total Sales
• Diamond Plan Investment: ₹5,00,000
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
