Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION-
Loan Against Property (LAP) –
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire customers for LAP loans
- Explain loan features and guide customers through the process
- Assess customer eligibility and financial documents
- Coordinate property verification (legal & technical)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Work with credit team for loan approval and disbursement
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets
- Support post-disbursement service and follow-ups
ELGIBILTY CRITERIA-
· Minimum 1–5 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage Loans / Secured Loans
· Prior experience in NBFC, Bank, or DSA channel preferred
· Strong local market knowledge of Gorakhpur and nearby regions
Skills Required:
· Lead generation & conversion skills
· Relationship management
· Documentation & basic financial understanding
· Target-oriented mindset
· Field sales experience
SALARY, TA/DA AND INCENTIVES WILL BE AS PER TERMS AND CONDTION OF COMPANY
TWO-WHEELER SPECIALLY BIKE MANDATORY
