Ground Handling Executive – Job Description
Position: Ground Handling Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival processes.
Handle baggage services and ensure proper loading and unloading of luggage.
Provide customer support and resolve passenger queries.
Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
Monitor flight schedules and assist with on-time departures and arrivals.
Handle documentation related to passenger and cargo operations.
Assist passengers with special requirements, including elderly and disabled travelers.
Report operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications:
Graduate.
Aviation, Travel, or Hospitality background preferred.
