Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive who can deliver an exceptional in-store experience, drive sales, and represent the premium positioning of TUTEJAS. The ideal candidate should understand fashion, customer psychology, and have strong selling skills.

Key Responsibilities
🧑🤝🧑 Customer Experience
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits & accessories
- Provide styling advice for occasions (weddings, casual, festive, etc.)
- Build long-term relationships with repeat customers
💰 Sales & Conversion
- Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell (e.g., pairing outfits with accessories)
- Handle objections and close sales confidently
- Maintain high conversion rate and average billing value
🛒 Store Operations
- Ensure store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing
- Assist in visual merchandising and display setup
- Manage stock on floor and coordinate with inventory team
- Support billing process when required
📱 Customer Retention
- Collect customer data for follow-ups
- Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and events
- Support WhatsApp selling and clienteling

- Minimum 1–3 years experience in retail sales (fashion preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sense of style and fashion trends
- Sales-driven mindset with confidence in closing deals
