• Key Responsibilities:Call retailers, dealers, distributors, and customers daily
• Generate orders and business opportunities through phone calls
• Explain company products, offers, and schemes
• Follow up with existing and inactive customers
• Maintain call records and customer databases
• Coordinate internally for order processing and customer support
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build long-term retailer relationships
• Daily Work Expectations:100–150 outbound calls per day
• Daily reporting to team leader/manager
• Target-based sales environment
• Regular customer follow-up and lead management
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Telecalling / sales experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Good Hindi communication mandatory
• Agriculture knowledge is a plus but not compulsory
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Strong communication skills
• Confident speaking on calls
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Target-oriented mindset
