Job Description
Position - Sr. Ticketing SME + Customer Service
Classification - Voice / Domestic / Travel / Ticketing Operations
Reports to - Team Lead / Manager
Education - 12th Pass minimum, graduates preferred
Location - Goregoan West
Shifts - Rotating Shifts (24x7)
Days working - 6 days working
Salary inhand - 3,50,000 to 4,00,000 (per annum)
Job description
● Properly search for air availability and quote itineraries in all fare types and cabins.
● Issuing fresh tickets and creating reservations
● Reissue and revalidation of tickets
● Maintaining accuracy of information given and documented
● Working knowledge of any GDS (Sabre preferred)
● Manage loyalty related questions from clients
● Update CRM internally
● Able to take email, chat and voice requests from clients
Requirements:
● Travel, Tourism / Hospitality experience preferred.
● Minimum 2 year of experience in a call center environment
● Good communication skills with fluency in English
● Experience servicing a Domestic customer base
● Airline, Travel and Resorts experience will be an advantage
● GDS Travel Software experience is added advantage
● Should be able to read fare Rules & Penalty.
● Able to learn new process quickly and adaptable to change
● Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
