Position: Telesales Executive
About Nidhi Decor: Nidhi Decor is a growing name in the interior decoration and home décor space. We're looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our team and help customers find the perfect décor solutions.
Role Overview: You'll be handling inbound leads and converting enquiries into sales through phone calls and chat support. This is not a cold-calling role — leads come to you!
Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound calls from potential customers and understand their décor requirements. Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns. Provide product information, pricing, and customization options. Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and meet monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries via chat support (WhatsApp / website). Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with the design and operations team for smooth order processing. Upsell and cross-sell additional décor products and services.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or similar roles. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Comfortable with phone-based selling and chat support tools. Target-oriented mindset with a hunger to earn incentives. Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month + attractive incentives (no cap on earnings). Weekly payout of incentives. Network/mobile recharge allowance provided.
Work Schedule & Leaves:
Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. 45-minute lunch break + 15-minute tea break. Sundays off (fixed weekly off). 2 paid leaves per month in addition to Sundays.
