Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

* Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.

* Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

* Manage vendor and customer ledgers.

* Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and collections.

* Maintain compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.

* 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

* Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

* Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
