Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a record of calls and customer details in CRM/system
- Follow up with potential customers regularly
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- 🔹 Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
