Architect – Job Requirements

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

• Key Responsibilities:Understand client requirements, preferences, and project objectives
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and theme-based presentations
• Prepare space planning layouts, furniture layouts, and detailed drawings
• Create high-quality 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and execution supervision
• Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Manage timelines, project progress, and deliverables
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency
• Required Skills:Strong design aesthetics and creativity
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to create presentations and explain design concepts clearly
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3-5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted based on role level)
• Preferred:Experience in residential and commercial projects
• Experience in turnkey project execution
• Knowledge of BOQs and cost estimation
