Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Account Manager to manage our dealer and service franchise network, handle territory-wise leads, and drive end-to-end sales conversions.

The candidate will act as a bridge between company, dealers, and clients, ensuring smooth communication, fast follow-ups, and deal closures.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesDealer & Franchise ManagementHandle 5 dealers / service franchises in assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships and ensure active engagement
  • Monitor performance and response time
  • Lead Management & ConversionHandle leads generated via digital marketing (Instagram & Facebook Ads)
  • Assign leads to dealers/franchises
  • Personally track and follow up on every lead
  • Ensure quotation is shared and deal is progressing
  • Client CoordinationCommunicate directly with clients via:
  • Calls
  • WhatsApp
  • Understand requirements and push deals toward closure
  • Sales Follow-upsDaily follow-ups with:
  • Dealers
  • Clients
  • CRM ManagementMaintain all data in CRM:
  • Lead entry
  • Status updates
  • Follow-up remarks
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy
  • Deal TrackingMaintain Top 10 potential deals per dealer
