📌 Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
📍 Location: Greater Noida
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
🕒 Experience: 0–5 Years
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and field visits
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the advertising and marketing sector
• Pitch advertising, branding, digital marketing, and production services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
• Conduct client meetings and follow-ups to close sales opportunities
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts professionally
• Coordinate with internal creative and production teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and activity updates
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent the company professionally during meetings and business interactions
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and client acquisition strategies
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and confident personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)
• Office-Based Role (Work From Home only in emergency situations)
