Position: Business Development Executive
Industry: Interior Fit-out / Turnkey Projects
🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire clients, and drive sales for interior fit-out projects (residential & commercial). The candidate should be proactive, confident in client handling, and capable of closing deals independently.
🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities for interior projectsMeet potential clients (site visits, offices, references, brokers, etc.) Understand client requirements and coordinate with design/estimation teamPrepare proposals, quotations, and follow-upsNegotiate and close deals effectivelyMaintain strong client relationships for repeat businessCoordinate with execution team for smooth project handoverAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
📍 Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years experience in interior / construction / real estate sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle clients independentlyGood knowledge of interior work (basic understanding of materials, costing, etc.)
⚠️ Mandatory Conditions
Bike is compulsory (for client visits & site movement)
Laptop is compulsory (for proposals, reporting, coordination)
💼 Other Skills (Preferred)Knowledge of BOQ / basic costingLocal market network (builders, brokers, architects)Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
