Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Connect with school principals, management, and decision-makers through outbound calls.
  • Generate and qualify leads for school partnerships, Career Fairs, Career Guidance Programs, and other B2B initiatives.
  • Schedule meetings and online/offline presentations for the senior business team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools across assigned regions.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit daily activity reports.
  • Achieve monthly calling, meeting, and partnership targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales (Education industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven work.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
