Job Description:

• Children’s Book & Activity Development
• We seek a qualified Child Psychologist with 5–10 years of experience in child development, preferably covering ages 2–10 years.
• Support the development of children’s books, stories, games, and parent–child activities.
• Ensure all content is age-appropriate, psychologically sound, safe, inclusive, and engaging.
• Design and review activities that strengthen cognitive, emotional, social, language, sensory, and motor development.
• Align activities with developmental milestones and clearly define the intended learning outcome of each activity.
• Advise writers, illustrators, and product designers on child behaviour, attention span, motivation, and age-specific needs.
• Review manuscripts and activity concepts, identify unsuitable claims or content, and recommend practical improvements.
• Help prepare guidance notes for parents on conducting activities and observing children without labelling or diagnosing them.
• Participate in periodic content-review meetings and contribute to pilot testing and feedback analysis. 
• Engagement may be full-time, part-time, project-based, or advisory, with preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or higher in Child/Developmental/Clinical Psychology.
