Description: We are looking for a Collection Telecaller responsible for handling outbound calls to customers for pending payments and ensuring timely collections. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
• Explain dues, payment schedules, and resolve queries
• Maintain proper records of calls and collections
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
• Handle customer objections and negotiate payment terms
• Update CRM/Excel sheets with call details and payment status
• Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Prior experience in collections/telecalling preferred
