Job Description
Job Title: Collection Telecaller

Location: Site 4, Greater Noida
Job Type: Full-Time
Description: We are looking for a Collection Telecaller responsible for handling outbound calls to customers for pending payments and ensuring timely collections. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
- Explain dues, payment schedules, and resolve queries
- Maintain proper records of calls and collections
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
- Handle customer objections and negotiate payment terms
- Update CRM/Excel sheets with call details and payment status
- Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Prior experience in collections/telecalling preferred
