Job Summary-We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging content for the Company's real estate projects, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for ideation, scripting, shooting, presenting, editing, and publishing content as required.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging Reels, short videos, property videos, promotional videos, testimonials, and social media content for the Company's projects.
2. Develop content ideas, scripts, captions, hooks, and concepts based on current social media trends and real estate requirements.
3. Participate in property/project shoots, site visits, promotional activities, interviews, and events whenever required.
4. Present/appear in videos when required and communicate property/project information clearly and professionally.
5. Shoot and edit high-quality videos using appropriate cameras, mobile phones, and editing software.
6. Manage and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assigned content.
7. Create content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the Company's website.
8. Monitor social media trends, competitor content, audience engagement, and emerging content formats.
9. Ensure all content follows the Company's brand guidelines, professional standards, and approved communication.
10. Maintain confidentiality of Company information, project details, customer information, pricing, business strategies, and other proprietary information.
11. Perform other content and marketing-related duties assigned by Management.

• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in content creation, video production, social media, or real estate marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of video shooting and editing tools/software.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and other locations for shoots.

Additional RequirementsThe employee may be required to visit project sites, customer locations, events, or other locations designated by Management for content creation and promotional activities. The employee shall maintain professional conduct, appropriate appearance, punctuality, confidentiality, and discipline at all times.
