Job Title: Content Creator & Marketing Executive

Job Summary- We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, planning, creating, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content while supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationResearch industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to generate content ideas.
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, blogs, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Create high-quality visual and video content for social media platforms.
- Plan and execute content shoots, including product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture photos and videos using smartphones, cameras, and other equipment.
- Edit videos, reels, shorts, and images using editing software and mobile applications.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
- Social Media ManagementCreate and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms.
- Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions when required.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
- Marketing & Brand PromotionAssist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with designers, sales teams, and external vendors as needed.
- Help organize promotional events, campaigns, and product launches.
- Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience creating viral social media content, reels, and short-form videos.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Content output and publishing consistency.
- Social media engagement and audience growth.
- Reach, impressions, and content performance metrics.
- Lead generation and campaign contribution.
- Brand visibility and online community growth.
