Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of café counter and work area
• Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service
• Manage billing and cash handling when required
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
• Assist in opening and closing duties of café operations
• Promote menu items and upsell products to customers
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations
• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Monitor kitchen inventory and report stock requirements
• Control food wastage and maintain portion standards
• Assist in menu planning and new dish development
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Follow company SOPs and kitchen safety procedures

Requirements:

• Knowledge of continental cuisine and kitchen operations
