Job Description – CRM Executive
Company: Omson Developers Pvt. Ltd.

Position: CRM Executive
Salary: ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities
· Manage customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
· Coordinate with Sales and Accounts teams for smooth customer service.
· Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
· Assist customers with booking, payment, and documentation updates.
· Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of CRM experience (Real Estate preferred).
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
