Job Overview:Melius 888 Estate is looking for a creative, performance-driven, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online branding and advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-performing ad campaigns, managing 360° digital marketing activities, generating quality real estate leads, and building a strong online presence for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Generate high-quality real estate leads through performance marketing strategies
• Handle complete 360° digital marketing including social media, branding, content marketing, email marketing, and online promotions
• Create and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial property projects
• Monitor ad performance, ROI, CPL, and campaign analytics regularly
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for marketing creatives
• Manage social media pages and ensure consistent brand communication
• Develop engaging campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and user engagement
• Maintain and update CRM and lead databases efficiently
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, video editing, or creative coordination
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Target-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated professional
