Field Supervisor – Recruitment (Field Hiring Role)Primary

Objective:

To source, screen, and mobilize candidates directly from the field (local areas, industrial zones, villages, job hubs) and ensure a steady pipeline for company hiring needs.

• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Field SourcingVisit nearby areas, labour chowks, ITI institutes, and industrial clusters
• Identify and approach potential candidates (helpers, operators,Production Associate / Plant Operator (Contractual) etc.)
• Promote job opportunities and company brand
• 2. Candidate MobilizationConvince candidates to apply or attend interviews
• Share job details (salary, shift, location, benefits)
• Arrange group walk-ins or transport if required
• 3. Screening & ShortlistingDo basic screening (qualification, experience, documents)
• Check candidate interest and availability
• Maintain a list of shortlisted candidates
• 4. Coordination with HRShare daily candidate data with HR team
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Ensure candidates reach the interview location on time
• 5. Follow-ups & JoiningRegular follow-up with selected candidates
• Ensure candidates complete joining formalities
• Handle dropouts and replacements
• 6. Data ReportingMaintain daily report:
• Candidates contacted
• Interested candidates
• Interviews scheduled
• Joined candidates
• Share updates with manager
• Required Skills:Good communication & convincing skills
• Local area knowledge
• Basic understanding of hiring needs
• Ability to travel and work in field
• Target-oriented mindset
