Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Sourcing & Talent AcquisitionPost job openings on job portals and social platforms
• Source candidates through portals, references, and field hiring
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• 2. Screening & Shortlisting:
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Assess candidate skills, experience, and job fit
• 3. Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate between candidates and internal teams
• Ensure smooth interview process
• 4. Candidate Engagement & Follow-up
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
• Ensure candidates attend interviews and complete joining
• Handle candidate queries and concerns
• 5. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain recruitment data and records
• Track daily/weekly hiring metrics
• Prepare recruitment reports
• 6. Employer Branding
• Represent the company professionally
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support recruitment campaigns and drives
• Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of positions closed
• Interview-to-joining ratio
• Time to hire
• Candidate conversion rate
