Job Description

Job Title: Inventory Executive

Location: Kasna Greater Noida

Department: Operations / Warehouse

Job Summary:

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining inventory records. The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to handle data entry, reporting, and stock management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily inventory records
  • Manage stock inward and outward entries
  • Update and maintain inventory data in Excel sheets
  • Conduct stock reconciliation and physical verification
  • Prepare reports for low stock items and inform concerned teams
  • Coordinate with purchase and dispatch teams
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing

Required Skills:

  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good data entry and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of inventory management
  • Good communication skills

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (Commerce or relevant field preferred)

Experience:

  • 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
