Lamp Shade Master

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lamp Shade Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing handcrafted or machine-made lamp shades using various materials such as fabric, metal, PVC, paper, and other decorative materials. The candidate should be able to produce high-quality lamp shades while maintaining production standards and deadlines.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manufacture lamp shades according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Cut, stitch, glue, wrap, and assemble lamp shades using different materials.
• Operate hand tools and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and understand design drawings, measurements, and production instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality, durability, and finishing.
• Repair or modify lamp shades when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in lamp shade manufacturing or a similar production role.
• Knowledge of lamp shade frames, fabrics, PVC sheets, adhesives, and finishing techniques.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of measuring tools and production processes.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle production materials.
