Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Hospital Administrator

Location: NIMMS Multi-Speciality Hospital, Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Field Work: Mandatory

Travel Requirement: Regular Field & Corporate Visits

Vehicle Requirement: Candidate must possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Job SummaryThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, increasing patient footfall, developing referral networks, and strengthening the hospital's brand presence through field marketing, corporate visits, healthcare outreach activities, and relationship management with healthcare professionals and organizations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHospital & Healthcare MarketingPromote hospital services, specialties, consultants, and healthcare packages.
  • Conduct regular field visits to clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners.
  • Generate awareness about hospital services in the local community.
  • Patient Acquisition & Business DevelopmentGenerate new patient leads and increase OPD/IPD footfall.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for hospital growth.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient handling and service delivery.
  • Support health camps, OPD drives, and community outreach programs.
  • Corporate & Institutional Tie-UpsConduct regular corporate visits for business development and empanelment opportunities.
  • Identify and develop tie-ups with corporates, industries, educational institutions, and organizations.
  • Coordinate with HR and Administration departments of companies for employee healthcare programs.
  • Assist in insurance, TPA, and government scheme empanelments.
  • Promotional ActivitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns, health awareness programs, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media promotions and branding activities.
  • Ensure proper display and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, standees, banners, and promotional kits.
  • Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily field visit reports and corporate visit reports.
  • Track lead generation, patient conversion, and business development activities.
  • Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Field marketing and business development experience.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.

Vehicle Requirement: Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory for field and corporate visits.

License: Valid Driving License required.
