Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and corporate clients.
Promote Manpower & Security Services.
Meet clients and conduct business presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports.
Eligibility:
Graduate (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Business Development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Email.
Two-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
Travel Allowance (TA/DA).
Mobile Allowance.
