Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Design Engineer with strong proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to develop detailed engineering designs, 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and product development.
- Key Responsibilities : Create 2D and 3D mechanical designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation.
- Modify existing designs based on customer requirements and engineering feedback.
- Conduct design calculations and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and company specifications.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design validation.
- Perform design reviews and implement continuous improvements.
- Maintain revision control and engineering records.
