Job Description
Operate milling machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings. Set up tools, monitor machining, inspect finished parts, maintain quality standards, perform routine machine maintenance, follow safety procedures, and achieve daily production targets while minimizing material wastage and ensuring efficient machine operation.
Skills:-
Knowledge of milling machine operations, engineering drawings, measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer), machine setup, tool selection, quality inspection, basic machine maintenance, problem-solving, attention to detail, production target achievement, safety compliance, teamwork, time management, and ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
