Job Description

Responsible for picking customer orders accurately from store inventory, packing them properly, and ensuring timely handover to the last-mile delivery team. The role involves maintaining product quality, scanning items as per invoices, and ensuring order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive pick tickets and retrieve products as per order requirements

· Pick items based on quantity, size, and specifications

· Scan all picked goods as per invoice/bill

· Pack products safely and inspect packages for damage

· Maintain records of invoices/delivery notes

· Ensure products are organized and stored properly

· Hand over packed orders to the delivery team
