Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Printer Field Engineer to handle on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of printers. The candidate should be technically sound and capable of resolving hardware and basic networking issues at client locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain printers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot printer hardware and software issues.
  • Handle on-site service requests and breakdown calls.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing.
  • Replace faulty parts such as cartridges, rollers, fusers, etc.
  • Provide basic network connectivity support for printers.
  • Maintain service reports and update job status regularly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in printer servicing.
  • Knowledge of brands like HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.
  • Basic understanding of networking (IP configuration, LAN setup).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
