Job Description
- Operate and monitor card manufacturing machines (e.g., lamination, milling, embedding, printing).
- Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and setup.
- Inspect finished smart cards for defects, including chip placement, print quality, and durability.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain production logs and report output, downtime, and issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, security protocols).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use PPE as required.
