Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Purchase & Procurement Management: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers. Draft purchase planning strategies, generate Purchase Orders (POs), and manage raw material procurement. Track shipments, resolve delivery delays, and manage material cost budgets to optimize spending

2. Store & Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels, oversee stock inventory, and plan timely replenishment to avoid stock outs or excess holding. Supervise the safe receipt, inspection, and systematic storage of incoming materials. Maintain clean, organized store records and conduct weekly/monthly physical stock audits.

3. Accounts & Bill Reconciliation: Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes (GRN). Manage basic account entry, ledger maintenance, and vendor payment tracking. Assist the finance team with monthly reconciliation and account access management

Key Requirements Education: Graduate (preferably Graduation, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a combined store, purchase, or basic accounting role. Skills: Excellent negotiation, inventory tracking (Stock Management), MS Excel, and basic accounting software knowledge. Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local vendor visits or market sourcing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
