Job Description
A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling residential or commercial properties. They assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and budget.
Present and explain available property options to potential buyers.
Conduct site visits and property tours.
Negotiate property prices and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
