Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and hardworking Sales Executive for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for handling property leads, calling customers, arranging site visits, showing properties, and closing rental and sale deals.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Call buyers, tenants, owners and sellers from company-provided leads.
2. Understand customer requirements for rent, sale and purchase of properties.
3. Share suitable property options with customers through WhatsApp, calls and CRM.
4. Arrange and attend property site visits.
5. Follow up with customers after site visits.
6. Coordinate with property owners, landlords and internal team.
7. Maintain daily call reports, lead status and follow-up updates in CRM.
8. Convert leads into successful property deals.
9. Build good relationships with customers and property owners.
10. Achieve monthly sales and rental targets.

Required Skills

1. Good communication and convincing skills.
2. Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred.
3. Comfortable with calling, field visits and customer meetings.
4. Knowledge of Greater Noida, Noida or Greater Noida West locations will be an advantage.
5. Basic computer and WhatsApp usage required.
6. Must be punctual, disciplined and target-oriented.

Eligibility

1. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
2. Male or Female candidates can apply.
3. Two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory.
4. Real estate sales experience preferred.

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly off as per company policy.
