Job Description
A receptionist is an administrative professional who serves as the first point of contact for an office or organization,responsible for managing the front desk,greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Key Responsibility
• Greet visitors, offer refreshments, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain office supplies, ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, and perform various clerical tasks like faxing, filing, and copying.
• Manage calendars for appointments and meetings, sort and distribute mail, and handle office correspondence.
