Kanakdhara Estate is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling clients, and have the ability to effectively explain project details and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment opportunities to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain and update customer databases, inquiries, and lead records.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- “Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports”.
- Coordinate with management regarding lead status and sales updates.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate project information.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
